The copyright of all photographic images remain with Light Republic Photographic Studios Limited. Light Republic may use images for marketing purposes (eg website gallery) unless clients expressly request otherwise.
Images files are kept securely for 28 days after clients have made their initial order selections.
Light Republic requires 14 days notice for the cancellations of photography sessions or image viewing meetings – otherwise a cancellation fee may apply. We will always try to accommodate changing schedules and will be happy to refund or postpone any shoot if cancelled or rescheduled with the correct notice period.
Privacy Policy
Light Republic ensures that your privacy is fully protected. We will not share your data with any third parties. We may use your data to send you information about about special offers and new products (or other relevant information). We may contact you by email, post and SMS text; and you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Light Republic ensures that your data is stored securely; and safeguards are in place for preventing unauthorised access. We do not store credit card information and we meet the Data Security Standards set by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council (SSC) (Compliance certification provided by Trustwave).
