Creative and professional photography is at the heart of what we do. But the Light Republic Experience is not just the photoshoot. It’s also about understanding your requirements, our friendly bespoke service, our attention to detail, our commitment to excellence; and ultimately it’s about delivering final products that will thrill you.
At the time of your booking, we offer a consultation – either in the studio, or over the telephone – aimed at fully understanding your objectives and requirements for the shoot. You may wish to tell us, for example, if you have a particular photographic style in mind; or there are images on the website that you would like us to try and emulate.
We will explain what to bring to the shoot and what to expect, and answer any of your general questions. Finally, for young children and babies, booking the right time of day is important for a successful session, and we will advise on that.
Our ultimate aim with the photography session is to excite you by capturing you or your family’s personality with creativity. And in our modern, airy studio, the key to this is a relaxed environment (we usually shoot to music!), and ensuring that everyone has a fabulous time. You may even want to change outfits a few times to get the most our of the session. It’s your time.
We’ll book you in for your viewing meeting (typically a week later) after the shoot, In meantime, our creative director will carefully select the best images. Our skilled professional digital artists will then tone, retouch and design these images to make everyone look their best – ready for the viewing meeting.
About a week later, you’ll return to the studio, relax on our sofa and enjoy your viewing session. Seeing yourself and family in glorious and creative high resolution is a unique experience; and our clients often remark about the fabulous quality of the imagery. We’ll help you through the initial selection of your favourite images; and then help you decide on their final form – whether it be stunning wall art for your home or expertly prepared digital images for social media.
Finally, if fabulous wall art is your main objective, you’ll have the pleasure of cherishing it in your home.
